Un seul point était inscrit à l’ordre du jour, il s’agit de l’audition des préoccupations des honorables députés sur le plan quinquennal du gouvernement Provincial.Le gouverneur de Province Richard MUYEJ était face à 4 groupes parlementaires notamment le groupe parlementaire PPRD& Alliés, ADRP& Alliés, les Fédéralistes ainsi que les Indépendants.Le groupe parlementaire Pprd &Alliés présidé par l’honorable Jean Marie KASEYA, ce dernier a évoqué plusieurs préoccupations entre autres le non-respect du code de travail des expatriés vis-à-vis des nationaux.
S’agissant du groupe parlementaire ADRP &Alliés que présider l’honorable Philippe MAYONDE, il a fait d’abord remarquer quelque déséquilibre dans ce projet en ce qui concerne des grands piliers, néanmoins leurs préoccupations étaient de savoir de quelle manière le gouvernement provincial compte promouvoir l’Emploi.Pour le groupe parlementaire, les Fédéralistes qui est présidés par l’honorable Dédé LENGE, il propose que l’exécutif et le Parlement ensemble, puisse évaluer les travaux sur le plan d’infrastructures chaque période pour une bonne utilisation de la somme allouée dans ce secteur.Quant au groupe parlementaire des Indépendants, avec à la tête l’honorable Gaston MUSHID, leurs préoccupations ont tournés autour de la récente nomination des membres du gouvernement qu’ils jugent budgétivores.Le chef de l’exécutif provincial répondra donc à toutes les inquiétudes des élus provinciaux ce samedi 13 juillet 2019.Et ce, en vue de l’approbation par la plénière du plan d’action quinquennal Ainsi que l’investiture du gouvernement provincial.
