Kinshasa : Mike MUKEBAYI quitte la prison centrale de MAKALA.
L’honorable Mike MUKEBAYI, député provincial élu de LINGWALA, a quitté la prison centrale de MAKALA le vendredi 03 avril 2020 dans la soirée.
Il était prévu que la Cour et le Parquet de la Gombe se prononcent le 14 février 2020 sur la libération de Mike MUKEBAYI après l’arrêt de la Cour constitutionnelle qui avait annulé, vendredi 07 février 2020, toutes les décisions prises par le bureau de l’Assemblée provinciale de la ville-province de Kinshasa.
Curieusement, ces deux offices ont déclaré qu’ils se prononceront sur sa libération dans un bref délai. Ils n’ont pas fixé une date exacte.
«Le député provincial de LAMUKA, Mike MUKEBAYI est enfin dehors. Il vient de sortir de la Prison centrale de MAKALA», a annoncé Prince EPENGE, l’un des porte-paroles de LAMUKA.
Ce cadre de la coalition LAMUKA estime que Mike Mukebayi a été, 6 mois durant et un mois et demi après l’arrêt de la Cour exigeant sa libération immédiate, enfermé injustement, sans aucune raison valable.
Mike Mukebayi a été arrêté pour avoir tenu des propos diffamatoires à l’endroit d’un certain MWANA-NTEBA.
Accompagné de sa famille restreinte et de ses amis, Mike Mukebayi a regagné son domicile.
