Covid-19: Felix TSHISEKEDI instaure le Fonds National de Solidarité Contre le Coronavirus (FNSCC).
La mise en place dudit fonds a été annoncée par le Président de la République au cours de son adresse à la nation le mardi soir 24 mars 2020 sur les mesures complémentaires pour lutter contre la pandémie du coronavirus.
Ouvert à tous les bienfaiteurs, ce fonds va permettre aux opérateurs économiques de soutenir le Gouvernement dans la lutte contre la pandémie.
«Je lance un appel à la solidarité nationale de tous les opérateurs économiques ainsi que d’autres pays et organismes qui conduira à la mise en place d’un Fonds National de Solidarité Contre le Coronavirus (FNSCC) qui restera ouvert à tous les potentiels bienfaiteurs», a annoncé le Chef de l’État Félix TSHISEKEDI.
Le Président de la République a instruit le Gouvernement d’étudier le souhait des opérateurs économiques et autres partenaires qui se sont proposés d’inonder le marché de Kinshasa de vivres de première nécessité et de produits pharmaceutiques jusqu’en mai prochain, et d’y réserver une suite favorable avec diligence.
Par la même occasion, le Chef de l’Etat a aussi décidé de confiner la ville de Kinshasa par rapport à l’intérieur du pays pour empêcher les mouvements de population et réduire le risque de propagation de la pandémie du Coronavirus.
