Lualaba : le gouvernement MUYEJ s’agrandit avec l’entrée d’un nouveau ministre en charge de la décentralisation.
La nouvelle de cette nomination a été rendue public, tard le soir, dans un arrêté du Gouverneur signé ce mercredi 14 octobre dont une copie est parvenue à www.lualabamaprovince.com faisant état de l’élévation de FUNGAMWANGU SABINO Sabin au rang de Ministre provincial de la Décentralisation, Affaires Coutumières et Développement Rural.
Au nom de la ligue des jeunes du Parti du Peuple pour la Reconstruction et le Développement (PPRD) province du Lualaba, Patrick NZENG a remercié le Gouverneur de province et fédéral Pprd Son Excellence Richard MUYEJ MANGEZ MANS pour avoir élevé au rang de ministre leur camarade présidant de la ligue des jeunes Sabin FUNGAMWANGU, affectueusement appelés Terminator.
« Nous avons vraiment confiance qu’il va assurer ses fonctions avec bravoure comme il l’a toujours fait », a indiqué le Vice-président de la Ligue des jeunes. Cette nomination est le fruit de la bravoure, de la constance ainsi que du combat mené par notre vaillant camarade Président et il le mérite », poursuit-il.
La jeunesse Pprd, dans une indescriptible joie, s’était rassemblée au directoire du Parti pour soutenir ce choix judicieux et marquer sa reconnaissance au Fédéral Richard MUYEJ. Occasion pour certains membres d’inviter les jeunes de différentes structures d’adhérer à ce parti cher au sénateur à vie Joseph KABILA.
« Pour cette promotion de la jeunesse au Lualaba, nous réitérons notre indéfectible soutien au fédéral », ajoute un autre membre de la ligue. Avec la nomination de ce jeune, le Gouverneur vient de prouver à la face du monde qu’il a le souci de travailler avec la jeunesse », conclu une autre camarade de cette famille politique.
Très engagé au sein du PPRD depuis son adhésion en 2002, l’actuel Ministre en charge des Affaires Coutumières était membre de la ligue des jeunes avant d’assumer les fonctions de Président au sein de la ligue depuis 2006 jusqu’à sa nomination.
Maître Sabin FUNGAMWANGU était également Conseiller Juridique de Jean-Marie KASEYA alors Ministre de l’Urbanisme et Habitat au sein du Gouvernement MUYEJ 1. Le poste est resté vacant pendant plus d’une année après le désistement de Jean-Marie KASEYA qui a opté pour son mandat électif au sein du parlement provincial.
