Kolwezi : Boutiques et alimentations scellées en face du siège de l’Assemblée provinciale du Lualaba.
Le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Kolwezi a scellé ce mercredi 19 février 2020 une vingtaine de boutiques et alimentations situées sur l’avenue du palmier allant de l’entrée du cercle récréatif Manika jusque sur l’avenue du théâtre dans la ville commerciale de Kolwezi.
Une situation qui a mis en colère les détenteurs des ces boutiques qui sont allés au siège de l’Assemblée provinciale du Lualaba présenter leur dossier. Sur place, toutes leurs tentatives de rencontrer l’honorable Président de cette institution se sont avérées vaines. Le Tribunal de Grande Instance est accusé pour non respect de la procédure, déclarent-ils à qui veut l’entendre.
Selon le cabinet juridique des propriétaires de ces maisons commerciales, le dossier a connu une mesure sous séquestre. Ces boutiques ne devraient pas être scellées. Le même cabinet a précisé que le greffier qui a scellé ces boutiques a confondu de dossier. Toute la journée, les commerçants sont restés dans l’incapacité d’accéder à leurs sources de revenues .
Certaines sources renseignent que l’entreprise qui a acheté cette concession est la firme indienne Maison Supert De Développement (M.S.D.D), la même qui est impliquée dans l’achat d’une partie de la concession de l’Hôpital Général de Référence Mwangeji. Cette dernière voudrait y construire un super marché.
